Biography
Daniel Lauro represents clients in various areas of law, primarily in the areas of municipal and exempt organization finance and civil and commercial litigation.
Daniel's municipal and exempt organization finance practice consists of serving as bond counsel to various counties, cities, towns, school boards, authorities, and exempt organizations in connection with a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions.
Daniel’s broad civil and commercial litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels includes handling a variety of dispute and litigation matters in areas such as contracts, commercial, construction, real estate, wills, trusts and estates, insurance coverage, constitutional law, homeowner and condominium associations, and other areas. His experience also involves representing individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters where another party is at fault.
In addition to being part of the team that advises school boards and other educational institutions, Mr. Lauro also advises churches, fire departments, rescue squads, and other organizations regarding legal matters and assists them in developing legal strategies on risk management to help reduce future liability exposure.
