Carolyn Madden Perry practices in the areas of municipal and exempt organization finance. Ms. Perry possesses extensive experience in serving as bond counsel to various counties, cities, towns, school boards, water and waste authorities, sanitary districts, public recreational authority, and industrial development authorities in connection with tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions. Her experience in public infrastructure financings also includes bond counsel representation of community service boards, airport commission, juvenile detention center, criminal justice training academy, parks and recreational facilities authority, fire companies, and various other cooperative and regional authorities and commissions. |
