Lindsay Brubaker practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, as well as family law. Her practice includes handling breach of contract disputes and counseling businesses and individuals in the areas of creditor's rights, purchase-sale agreements, and the formation of new businesses, as well as drafting premarital and separation agreements and representing clients in divorce. In addition, Ms. Brubaker assists with the subsequent tax planning and tax dispute issues that are common to these practice areas. |
