T. Joel Francis joined BotkinRose in 2017. As an associate, he provides support to the BotkinRose team in various practice areas that range from litigation to transactional work. He is particularly interested in Civil Litigation, Local Government Law, Administrative Law, and Estate Planning. A Northern Virginia native, Joel has resided in Rockingham County since 2009 when he began attending Bridgewater College. He looks forward to building his legal career and becoming an active member in the Shenandoah Valley community.
